We specialize in the infrared analysis of direct buried steam and high temperature hot water distribution systems.

Our Method
Using a truck mounted infrared system we image every inch of a distribution system. The entire scan is recorded on a voice dubbed DVD. Problem areas are measured and marked to pinpoint the most likely source.

Our Report
Our report provides a DVD, as well as an analysis of each problem. The analysis includes a map showing the location, thermagrams (infrared photographs) and a BTU loss calculation. The BTU loss estimate gives an indication of the severity of the problem and provides valuable information to prioritize repairs.
